3 - PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER IS OBLIGATORY
The provision of personal data referred to in points 2.1 and 2.2 for the purposes referred to in points 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 is mandatory. The refusal to provide the aforementioned personal data does not allow, therefore, the possibility to use the services indicated. The provision of personal data as per points 2.1 and 2.2 for the purposes referred to in point 1.1.2 is optional and subject to your consent.
4 - DATA RECIPIENTS
The data may be processed by third parties operating as autonomous holders such as, for example, authorities and supervisory and control bodies and in general subjects, public or private, entitled to request data, consultancies and / or professional firms and / or professionals, such as legal, tax and insurance companies. The data may also be processed, on behalf of the Company, by external parties designated as managers, who are given appropriate operating instructions. Your personal data will be processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with the principle of necessity and proportionality, avoiding the processing of personal data if the operations can be performed through the use of data anonymous or by other means.

7 - YOUR RIGHTS INTERESTED IN THE TREATMENT - COMPLAINTS TO THE CONTROL AUTHORITY
You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of your data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction, deletion or the limitation, or to oppose their treatment, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority according to Art. 15 of the Regulation. Furthermore, pursuant to Articles 7,15,16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 77 of the same Regulation, you have the right to request information on the collection and use of your personal data, to access it, rectification or cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, notification in case of rectification or cancellation of personal data or limitation of processing, data portability, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of processed data in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, in the cases provided by law, to their treatment, to submit complaints related to the collection and processing of personal information to the competent Guarantor Authority, to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in any time it saves the lawfulness of the treatment carried out up to that moment on the basis of the revoked consent.
