Indicazione Geografica Tipica

Grapes are hand-picked in the cool, early hours of the morning and hand sorted.
The Sangiovese grapes are then destemmed and gently crushed at 6-8°C to avoid oxidation.
The free-run juice is separated from the press wine and cold settled, allowing the juice to clarify naturally, hence preserving the precious aromatics and freshness.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18°C. The wine stays on its fine lees for 4 months before being bottled.
Pale salmon colour with intense yet delicate aromas of fresh fruit and spice. Distinctive perfumes of white flowers, yellow peaches, red cherries and bergamot.
On the palate, its freshness develops through pink grapefruit aromas around a medium body and crisp acidity, which is balanced by its crunchy texture, before ending with a saline finish.
Youthful style, ready to drink now or over the next 1-2 years to enjoy its bright and crisp character.
Serve as an aperitif or with seafood and finger foods.
